Tracy M. Clark is a Principal with the firm, specializing in bankruptcy law for over 17 years. Tracy enjoys developing solutions to the legal problems faced by financially distressed individuals and businesses and, when necessary, litigating those issues at the trial and appellate levels. Tracy has spent a significant amount of her career representing Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees. These experiences have helped her develop an understanding of what trustees are looking for in their cases and how to avoid problems when filing bankruptcy cases for her own clients. Tracy has represented individuals in Chapters 7 and 13, businesses in Chapters 11 and 7, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and parties to preference and fraudulent conveyance litigation. Her versatile experience in all facets of bankruptcy sets her apart, inspiring confidence in her clients and helping them move forward with peace of mind.
